Members set policies and plan for the future of the organization. They represent the community we serve in many ways, with most of them living in our service areas. Several of our members work or own businesses, and all bring their special talents and experiences to the table to help IMPACT of Southern Arizona be the best it can. IMPACT of Southern Arizona is expanding the size of its Board of Directors to fourteen minimum members in order to best represent the many neighborhoods and communities we serve, in a balanced way. Additional potential Board Members are currently completing the probationary period, and we continue to seek individuals who are interested in serving their community in this way. Ours is a Policy Governance Board managing broad corporate policies, long range Strategic Planning, risk management, financial opportunities, and outreach to community stakeholders.
