Below is the basic information you will need, including a registration form. If you would like to, you can print it and fill it out ahead of time or fill it out in person. When you come to our office please bring a picture I.D. and a current utility bill (no older than 30 days) or a current lease agreement.

Qualifications for Senior Programs
To participate in our Senior Meal Programs a client must be 60+ years of age and live in one of the following zip codes:

85755

And,must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Qualify by income
Be recovering from surgery
Have a disability
Be unable to cook and/or clean up
Other (Please call with questions.)
Income Qualifiers:
Family size Income less than
One Person $34,450 per year ($2,870 per month)
Two Persons $37,800 per year
